Kids mode
A screen children can't get lost in: eight big pads, four loop buttons, a capped volume, and a way out only grown-ups use.
What's on the screen
- Eight colour pads: a drum kit, or your own pads if the project has them.
- Four loop buttons: Sing a beat (beatbox into drums), Hum a tune (hum into a melody) and two Record loops. Tap to start, tap to loop, tap to add more.
- ⏹ Stop all stops every loop.
- The volume can't go above a safe level.
Turning it on and off
- Choose Kids in the Mode menu at the top right.
- To leave, press and hold 🔒 Grown-ups: hold to exit for two seconds (or hold Esc). JamSesh goes back to the mode you came from.
Kids mode stays on when JamSesh restarts, so a child can't leave it by closing the app.
