What you buy
An early-access purchase code for JamSesh 1.x on Windows 10/11 (64-bit). It is a one-time purchase: you pay once, keep it, and get every 1.x update. There is no subscription. The price is shown on the buy page including VAT, and you pay it through Mollie. The early-access price rises in steps as more copies sell; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
You can try JamSesh free for 14 days before you buy. After the trial, only saving and exporting are locked; nothing you made is lost.
Delivery
You get your purchase code by e-mail as soon as the payment is complete, with the download link. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or use the form on the contact page.
Right of withdrawal
Normally you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered at once you can give that up. Before paying you tick this box on the buy page:
I want my purchase code right away and understand that I then lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.
Without that tick the purchase cannot be made.
Refunds
Even so, e-mail us within 14 days of buying and we will usually refund you, at the seller's discretion, for example if JamSesh does not work on your computer. A refunded purchase code is revoked and stops working after the next update.
Beta
JamSesh is in its beta phase. It is updated often, some parts are marked experimental on the Beta status page, and things can still go wrong. Keep copies of projects that matter to you. We are not liable for lost work or other indirect loss, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
End-user agreement (EULA)
- Your purchase code gives you a personal right to use JamSesh on your own computers. You may not share the code or sell it on.
- The music and projects you make are yours.
- JamSesh and its parts remain the property of the seller and its licensors. Do not copy, resell or take the program apart, except where the law allows it.
- Third-party components are used under their own open-source terms.
- The program is provided as is during the beta.
Law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live stay unaffected. Questions or complaints: support@getjamsesh.com.
