Open the contact page, type the e-mail address you bought with and press Send my code again. If that address bought JamSesh, the code arrives within minutes (check spam). Still nothing? Mail support@getjamsesh.com.

Install JamSesh on the new PC and enter the same purchase code. Your projects are ordinary files in your JamSesh folder; copy that folder across.

In the JamSesh Discord: help, bug reports, feature ideas and a place to share what you made. Keep your purchase code to yourself.

Open Settings, choose the audio device you listen with, and press play. JamSesh uses Windows audio (WASAPI) in this beta, so close other programs that take over the device exclusively. Still silent: Help → Report a problem….

JamSesh does not have a paid code-signing certificate yet, so Windows shows a warning for new programs. Click More info, then Run anyway. It goes away as more people install it.

Yes, in most cases: mail us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. The purchase code is then revoked and stops working after the next update. The details are in the terms.

JamSesh works and you can make music with it today, but it is still growing: we update often, a few features are experimental and a few are not there yet. The Beta status page lists which. Early-access buyers get the lowest price and every 1.x update.

Yes. Everything runs on your computer and there is no account. You only need the internet to download, to jam with people outside your home network, and for updates.

Not yet. JamSesh is for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). An iPad or Mac can already join as an instrument over network MIDI.

14 days, fully usable. After that only saving and exporting are locked; open, play, edit and jam still work and nothing is lost. Enter your purchase code to unlock them.

No. It is a one-time purchase: you pay once and keep it, with every 1.x update included.
